VACUUM SANITARY SYSTEMS
Toilet/Sanitary systems
Squat pan, stainless steel
Also known as the asian type toilet, squat pans are available for Jets™ sanitary systems. Our squat pans allow for easy installation and are based on the same technology as our other toilets.
Jets™ 70/75
ets™ 70 and Jets™ 75 urinals are designed for integration with Jets™ vacuum sanitary systems.
Jets™ 60
Jets™ 60 is a floor mounted stainless steel toilet for demanding applications. It can be supplied with a vacuum operated or electronically operated mechanism.
Jets™ 59M
Jets™ 59M is a wall mounted vacuum toilet in a modern design. It can be supplied with a vacuum operated or electronically operated mechanism.
Jets™ 50M
Jets™ 50M is a floor mounted vacuum toilet in a modern design. It can be supplied with a vacuum operated or electronically operated mechanism.
Vacuumarator™ pumps – vacuum generators
15MB-D
A powerful and versatile model for high intensity use, with continuous discharge capability.
25MBA
This compact but powerful pump is a very popular choice for use in units with multiple pumps, serving large numbers of toilets.
25MB-D
A powerful and robust model for high intensity use, with continuous discharge capability. The 25MB-D uses the same motor as our larger 65MBA pump, safely enabling extended run times.
65MBA
This very high capacity pump serves passenger ships and large building complexes with thousands of toilets smoothly and efficiently.
250NT
The 250NT is a product of our innovation philosophy. The increasing number of vacuum toilets connected to our systems meant there was a need for a new and larger pump model. This new XXL pump with massive flush capacity has proven to be the answ
Jets™ 30MB-D unit
This preassembled unit provides greater vacuum capacity than a single vacuum pump is able to deliver. It features 2 x 15MB-D pumps, manifolds and a control cabinet.
Jets™ 50MBA unit
The powerful 50MBA unit features 2 x 25MBA pumps for a total flushing capacity of 480 flushes/hr at 60Hz. The control cabinet ensures vacuum is maintained in the piping at all times and distributes running time between the pumps.
Jets™ 260MBA unit
With 4 x 65MBA pumps, this tried and tested unit handles an impressive 2,400 flushes/hr when operated at 60Hz. The control cabinet ensures vacuum is maintained in the piping at all times and distributes running time between the pumps.
OILY WATER SEPARATOR from OCEAN CLEAN
Bilge Water separator approved to IMO-Res. MEPC 107 (49). The “Ocean Clean EB” series from 0,25 to 5,0 m³/h capacity is designed on the background of 30 years of experience of oil-water separation of its designer Dieter van Züren.
The “Ocean Clean” system fulfills the test specification of a.m. IMO-Resolution more than required. The maximum oil content in the effluent water is less than 5ppm. The “Ocean Clean” is a 3-stage oil-water-emulsion separating system

BIOLOGICAL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) from OCEAN CLEAN
Biological Sewage Treatment Plant approved to IMO-Res. MEPC 2 (VI) Annex IV and Helsinki Convention.
The “KD-Oceanclean” series for gravity and vacuum toilet systems is designed to the latest state of aerated, “submerged fixed bed” biological treatment principe. It is a high efficient four chamber system.
The first chamber is the sewage collecting chamber. By aeration and mechanical grinding with a cutting pump the sewage is well mixed and prepared for homogenous overflow to the 2nd chamber.

BIOLOGICAL SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) from OCEAN CLEAN
The OptiMarin Ballast System (OBS) can easily be installed in existing or new ships and can handle flows up to 3000 m3/h. The MicroKill Medium Pressure UV can handle almost any flow when multiple reactors are built into a manifold system.
The components in the OptiMarinSystem are flexible; the installation is normally in the pump or engine room and in close proximity to the ballast pumps. The OptiMarin system uses existing ballast pumps, is small and modular, and does not restrict flow.
For certain ship types and for retrofit, the system can be delivered in a container including a booster pump for easy installation on deck or other available spaces. A skid solution can also be provided upon request.
